TRIBE

Tribe is an effort to seek the importance
in life and the understanding of oneself and others,
by those who live in the cold and come from the warm.

Tribe consists of human stories, which are singed,
played and danced, from the warmth of Columbia to
the autumn of Sonkajärvi.

It is an antistory of experiences, angels, demons
and lampreys - experienced, written
and performed by the dancers themselves.

The starting point of the work has been a genealogy,
made by each group member. It transforms into
a work of art without the burden of logic.

The purpose of the Tribe is to find the
missing sing-a-long-song, the lyrics and melody
of which everyone remembers.
Tribe’s song.
